Rude and disrespectful. There was a long wait when I came in. Over 1 hour. I put my son’s name on the list and because the waiting room was full we waited outside in the car. They told us we would receive a text when it was our turn. We went to the car and as time rolled by we never received a text. So I came in and found out that they had skipped us. Staff were very patient with my little one!!! Haircut came out amazing!!
I came in today for a shampoo and a trim and had Brandy. She was very kind and trimmed my hair perfectly. I would definitely come back and have her do my hair again.
I will never go back here again! The lady with long black hair cut my hair I don't remember her name . I asked her not to take alot off the length and leave my layers long. She ruined my hair cut it so short it's uneven choppy . I have never had such a bad haircut I should've just cut it myself!
