I went to this place today and the service just sucked. Two out of the three employees that were working were rude. They had horrible customer service and had no manners. I would never go back to this place again!
I have been patronizing Great Clips Enchanted Hills for a couple of years. I have commuted 45 min to have my hair cut here because of the experience, expertise, professionalism, and courtesy of some of the staff. I have moved twice but still remained loyal to this business. However yesterday, I called at 9 am to discuss best time, drove 45 min, waited 1 hr and 20 min, only to be expected to wait even longer for another client who was later seated next to me.
