barber did not follow the notes and when i specifically asked to if she was cutting it too short she gave attitude. haircut done on 11th by a brunette lady. asked her to do it off of a reference photo in which she ignored and only checked out for 2 seconds and completely messed up the look anyway. very confidently wrong person that you wouldn’t want cutting your hair
Honestly just a poor experience overall. Stylist was nice and chatty, but did not know how to cut hair at all, just from my haircuts, I know that you have to part the hair and ask the client how much they want off before diving in. Truly felt like she was learning to cut hair as she was cutting. Came home and realized the 2 sides are uneven and there’s random pieces longer than others. It was such a simple cut, I wasn’t expecting anyone to struggle with it.
