I went to their salon yesterday and a employee named Mary washed my hair and proceeded to give me the worst hair cut ever,my husband even tipped her I left with wet hair so I did not realize it was so bas until my hair dried,I ended going to great clips on clifford str and they ended up cutting most of my hair to correct Mary's mistake.I can not believe Mary let me leave with my hair looking like it did
