The stylist did not do what I asked at all!!! A basic cut. Took way too much off.
Horrible. Very rude. Turned me away due to Special Hours that were not posted! Didn't explain or apologize just said, Sorry we're not taking walk-ins, you'll have to go! That's not customer service! That's just plain rude!! Not even an apology!! Also contacted corporate customer service who listened and logged my complaint and assured me that the establishment owner would be in touch with me which never happened! They really don't seem to care about providing great customer service!
