I had to get up and walk out … the 2 stylists (one male/ one female) were screaming and yelling at each other this morning in front of all us customers. - while one was even cutting a man’s hair. It was not a safe environment.

This is my go-to for a haircut. Online check in and I have a stylist I like. She does a great job, exactly what I want and does it well.

I literally said make sure the back and sides are even, I don’t want a mullet. I now have a mullet and have to go to another location to get it fixed before I’m in a wedding tomorrow because this location has a 70 minute wait. I even tipped the guy ten bucks cause I thought he did a good job but he didn’t even let me get a look at the back, I should’ve known better. I think he was trying to rush me because my hair was long. 30 dollars for nothing - THANKS

Came in and asked for just my split ends to be cut off and the stylist ended up taking over 2 inches off after I told her I'm growing my hair out. After she finished I went to pull my hair back and couldn't and asked why so much came off and she said it didn't she just relayered it. I didnt ask for that I asked for split ends only. It takes a long time for my hair to grow out and she just took almost a year of growth off. I will not go back there which is sad because you have a stylist I really liked.
