I was so unhappy with my haircut I told the woman exactly what I wanted, and knowing how to cut hair myself I even demonstrated to her how. I asked her to take of barely any length on my layers and to just bring them back a little further and even them out. I also asked her to take off no more than an inch in the back, she didn't listen to anything I said. She took off about 3 inches in the front and back.
