My husband took out grandson here Saturday 21st to get a haircut. We didnt notice till later that evening after his shower thr "stylist" if you can call her that. He is 10 and told us she kept saying she is new there. I have many friends that are hair stylists. I showed them what was done to his neck and each one was outraged along with me that this person cut up his neck with more than likely dull old razer. Took my mom for a hair cut, specifically told them what we didn't want even showed a picture of what we did want ... mom walked out with Mark Harmon hair cut .... the stylist didn't even pay attention when I told her no bowl cut ... this is second time they cut moms hair giving her a man's haircut .... NEVER TAKING HER BACK THERE!!!
I've had my hair cut at this location several times and it's been exactly what I wanted. I went for a haircut recently and received the worst haircut of my life. The stylist was new, and I think she tried her best. Her manager came to check the haircut and made a few snips here and there, and I trusted the manager to make sure my cut was correct. It's so uneven and looks like it's been chopped in spots. For right now, I'm just wearing it in a bun on top of my head until it grows out.
Great experience, extremely friendly staff good conversations, as well as asking if there’s anything I would like to change.
I had my hair cut 3/1/26 here in hermitage, crystal is who cut my hair,she did a fantastic job exactly the way I requested, and she took her time, thanks crystal
