My husband went in today got his hair cut the girl messed his hair up so bad like shaved him very disappointed gave him Fred hair but he didn’t want they better give him a years worth cuts after this two other girls try to fix it
3 stars if it was called mediocre clips. This place used to be good and consistent. Now it's the same thing every time, 20 minutes being held hostage while the person talks at you about their life and then as a secondary thing, cuts your hair. The haircut, short, no regard to your head shape or what looks good. The 'regional manager' told me she has to work 7 days a week and work at a bar to make ends meet. Maybe they need to pay more. This place is the WORST!! WALK INS ARE NOT WELCOME. I walked in it did look like there was a decent line the monitor said 60 min wait. I wasnt happy about that but my work schedule makes it hard to do anything during the week and my daughter needed her hair cut before we leave fir vacation on Friday. They checked me in reiterated the wait was 60 mins. After 50 mins a couple came in they told them 30mins they left to come back.
