First time there sadly disappointed, decided to try again and got Paula who was the manager. Great results... Then I went in and Paula was off. Should have known to just leave and go another day. Gave the gal the book with my haircut in it and holy crap... What a disaster. My tip to her was if you can't do something, just tell the customer. Please don't keep on making it worse and worse.. Took 2 haircuts for Paula to get it fixed.. 5stars for Paula...
