So happy, Melynda asked if my clip notes were correct and talked to me about their details. Saturday is always gunna be busy but it honestly wasn't a bad wait. The hairdresser banter was enjoyable and light. I got the best hair cut I've had in a long time. Ill be back regularly for sure!

Mlenda gave me a careless haircut that felt rushed and disrespectful. Based on how she handled my hair, I felt I was treated differently because of my race. The lack of effort was obvious. I still left a $10 tip, but no customer should walk out feeling disrespected. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and management should address it.
Devin is doing a great job helping me grow my layers out to the bob style that I want. 🙌
