The first time I went to the Northgate Village Great Clips, I was thrilled to have Tamara cut my hair. I asked her to cut mine like hers, since that was the style I wanted. She did a beautiful job! Unfortunately, this time, she was out after having surgery, so I got Devin (that's the name on the receipt). She was the most negative person I have ever encountered! Great people. Great with kids...
My son needed a cut. We checked their website and it told us there was a 13min wait. So we checked in and headed that way. Took us 8 min to get there and my phone told us we had 5 more min. We went inside and let them know we there. One of the employees checked us in and on their display the wait time went from 8 min to 25 min. At this point my phone was telling me 2 min wait.
