Mlenda gave me a careless haircut that felt rushed and disrespectful. Based on how she handled my hair, I felt I was treated differently because of my race. The lack of effort was obvious. I still left a $10 tip, but no customer should walk out feeling disrespected. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and management should address it.
Devin is doing a great job helping me grow my layers out to the bob style that I want. 🙌

The first time I went to the Northgate Village Great Clips, I was thrilled to have Tamara cut my hair. I asked her to cut mine like hers, since that was the style I wanted. She did a beautiful job! Unfortunately, this time, she was out after having surgery, so I got Devin (that's the name on the receipt). She was the most negative person I have ever encountered!
