I literally am in tears. Showed the salonist a picture of what I wanted, a cut to my chin area walked out with a cut to my ears, took too much taken off. Plus I told her I have trichotillomania which I have balding spots and asked for no thinning around those areas because I use my hair to cover the prominent bald spots I have, what happens...she thinned those areas and now my bald spots are beyond obvious and I have no hair to cover it up.
