5/5 - Expected Great Clips experience. Obviously this is no upscale salon. As always, experience and quality of haircuts are determined by whichever stylist/s are working that day. My hair is simple and I've been going to Great Clips for 5-6 years across multiple states. There's the Great Clips "experience/outcome I hope for" and "experience/outcome I'm afraid of". I've only experienced the latter once from this establishment. Overall I've had mostly positive experiences here, across all stylists.

Worker was 100% being racism to the gentleman in front of us. He received a haircut (that took less than 5 minutes) and used a coupon to pay for it so ended up getting it pretty cheap. He did no leave a tip and the woman working asked him how long he had been in the United States of America and that it is standard to tip. Agreed, tipping those who have done a service for you is something one should do. But to call him out in front of other customers (me) and to bring his race into the situation to use against him was beyond.... read more
