I think Great Clips is the worst Hair Salon. Available in the u s. Their associates have no idea what they are doing. And i'm not even sure they went to school for this profession. In other words, they suck.Don't go there!
My disabled husband went to this location last month and waited for more than30 minutes for a haircut. There were only 2 people working with a waiting room full of customers. He did not have an appointment so he understood the wait. The girls were rude to him when he asked how much longer. He got his haircut and we left. Today we went back and no he didn’t have an appointment. When he saw the wait he simply said ok and thank you.
