If I could give less than Zero Stars, I would. I never leave bad reviews, but this was worth warning people. I have been here once before, and use the attached photo as reference that time too (cut only, not color). The woman that helped me THAT time was wonderful. THIS time the woman that helped me didn't smile or even look at me or say hello. She called my name, and when I smiled and greeted her she ignored me. Not sure what all the five stars are about. This is the third time I've had a insane eccentric maniac here cut my hair. Professionalism is a zero here. You sucks up below me are just settling clearly because every time I come here I get eccentric behavior. I've made multiple corporate complaints. I am picking a small town local salon in town next haircut and hoping for the best. Refuse to come back here.
