We had a terrible experience a few weeks ago with my 2 young girls. The stylist with short red hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was lecturing my girls about how they weren’t taking good enough care of their hair. We didn’t come to be lectured, only for their hair to be trimmed. A stylist at a high end salon didn't listen to what I asked for or pay attention to what she was doing. The layers were uneven and I was left with an ugly choppy mess.
