Didn’t trim the back of my hair and cut it way too short. I asked for 3 1/2 inches on top and they cut it to two. The lady was very rude and clearly didn’t care about the quality of the cut. She also chewed her gum so loud it was uncomfortable.
Far from impressed! Had reference photos, explained the length I wanted, the fact that my hair curls and I need the cut to work with my curls. I have been growing my out for over a year! Before I could say anything 4-6 inches was cut straight off the top!!!! (I now have 3 MAYBE 4inches on top!) My hair is incredibly SHORT! I don't know what the woman was thinking, but I will NOT be going back!
Only ever got my haircut at one place in my hometown, so I was a little nervous but they were super nice and I got a great haircut for the summer!!
