Had a great experience with Tara today. Needed to get my hair done for my nieces wedding tomorrow. I got in and out in roughly 15 minutes. Tara was amazing. Will be back
If you go to Great Clips in Seymour for a haircut, don't let Tara cut your hair. She informed me today while cutting my hair that if you get a bad haircut, it is because the customer cannot effectively communicate what they want. I informed her that her customer service skills were horrible and to finish cutting my hair so I could leave. She tried to give me my haircut at no charge. I wanted a good haircut, not a free one. This specific greatclips denied service for my 4 year old brother claiming he had lice when he had 1 or 2 fleas in his hair from being around dogs, definitely not lice. And in the same session they absolutely did not give my 10 year old brother what he had shown and asked for, there was a definite fade, more fluffiness on the top, which they had all the room to do since his hair was down to his shoulders and curly, he left with what looks like an undercut when he asked for a textered blowout fade with a midtapper, left with ... read more
Great cut as always, I was pleased to learn that my haircut preferences were carried over from store to store as I'm traveling and never been to this location. I was received well and treated like family. Great conversation.
