I wrote a review and Amanda the manager got back to me and in her email was nothing but lip service and word salad without any substance whatsoever. As for customer satisfaction, those two words are not in her vocabulary. PERIOD.
Very disappointed with my latest haircut, guy told me what he was going to do rather than listen to me. Rush job , very sloppy and careless!! not coming back!!!
