Have been going there for years. I am glad that they keep you in their computer files, so that even when I have a different stylist my haircut is consistent without me having to explain each time "How do you want your hair"? I haven't been dissapointed yet, even though from time to time they remind me that I can come back later in the week if I want additional trimming.
