I love this place. They know what they are doing. I recommend this place for anyone thats wants a good haircut for a great price by experienced hairdressers. Its nothing like the other places i use to go to.
10 years going to this location. Why I keep going back is beyond me. Every other visit constantly get a hairdresser that does not listen to what I want. Request to review other notes from hairdressers review with them.They say they understand then they don't cut that way. Very disappointing that I have to wait six months to grow my hair out to try to get the cut again. Great Clips tend to hire people that are distracted in their job and treat the job as a nothing job. Customer experience poor 😢
If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 8 months since I let you guys ruin my hair And I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from Great Clips if they actually like their hair. Please tell your stylist hey need to listen to their clients instead of being salespeople. My stylist is stick skinny with kids. I'm A fat girl with no kids. 7/30/2025 Update: The Salon owner named Stella called me and offered me some compensation for the miscommunication regarding the pricing on my style that Tabitha provided without my request, but then two hours later called me back and left me a voicemail message with another lower offer. I hope to get this resolved as I have reached out and left her two voicemails without any response.
