7/30/2025 Update: The Salon owner named Stella called me and offered me some compensation for the miscommunication regarding the pricing on my style that Tabitha provided without my request, but then two hours later called me back and left me a voicemail message with another lower offer. I hope to get this resolved as I have reached out and left her two voicemails without any response. Best place in Bartow for haircuts. I also love that you can check the wait time on their app.
Tabitha was amazing but the cost of the haircut and style was very misleading. My best friend and I went to get our hair trimmed together today and she paid for my services. Then when my stylist was done with my hair it cost an additional $51 for the long hair style which was then discounted to $31 due to my discussion with her. As I ended up tipping her twice and the prices are very misleading! As I have never paid $60 for a haircut in the past. We probably won't go back to this salon in the future.
Been coming here for five years since I moved to Bartow worst experience I’ve ever had today. Five people waiting only two people working then it was my turn and the girl had to go pick her up her kids up from school. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon, which I think would be a time to have all hands on deck and not leave 1 person working.needless to say I left when she did since the other employee had no sense of urgency.
