My visit to this Great Clips location was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the reception was cold and impersonal—I wasn't greeted, but was immediately asked if I had checked in online and told to sit down. The issues began when the stylist insisted on collecting my home address, which made me uncomfortable for a simple haircut. The service did not improve from there. Tish is precious! So kind and genuine. I had a trim and she added some dry shampoo for me so I wasn't so greasy from running errands. Ill be back!
