I love checking in on the app. It makes for a short wait when you arrive. Friendly service and a good hair cut. The price is also reasonable.

Not happy with what happened the other day. My partner has African hair because he's part African and was turned down by an older lady. She said he needed to have his hair brushed and washed before he came. I helped him brush it before we even showed up so I'm like what? Like isn't that your job to help maintain people's hair? She was rude and curt about it. Not coming back to this location.

Went in expecting to come out looking and feeling great, but the stylist did not give me the haircut that I had specifically asked for. I even provided pictures and she still gave me the opposite of what I had showed and asked for. I wasted time and money on something I did not want at all, I had to go home and use kitchen scissors to make do with what I had and make it look nicer. I will not be going back at all, I would rather go to a professional salon and put in a bit more money for a better quality haircut.
