Got to store 15 minutes after signing in online and was told it would be 64 minutes. 1 person was in the chair and the 2 people walked in just before me. What's the point of signing in online if it doesn't hold your spot? This location is going downhill, can't keep stylists, and the ones in there now don't do a very good job.
