Have had my hair cut there many times - no problems. My wife has only had to go back once or twice over the past 5+ years for them to touch up something she didn't like. Stylist worked with her to change her cut a year or so ago - we were happy with the results!

I'm only given 1 star because I cant post this review with no stars. I went in for a trim on my hair that I hadn't had more than half an inch cut off at a time in 5 years. The woman who cut it took less than 3 minutes to cut my hair. I went in at 8, WAITED ON ANOTHER CLIENT and was still out of there by 8:10. I went in to great clips with hair down to my waist, asking for a trim, I left with my hair at shoulder length. I had my hair cut into a v. It angled in the back. I got my hair cut by the manager. You presume if she's the manager she's good right? Think again. Literally the worst hair cut I have ever received in my life. I asked for a trim. She cut THREE inches off. Didn't listen to me at all. The back of my hair isn't even straight. It looks as though a 4 year old child cut it. My bangs are absolutely terrible.
