Emily was fantastic for my 1.5 year olds curly cut. He is normally very shy but she was so warm and patient with him. He ended up being very cooperative and able to have a wonderful cut. She even recommended a good curl cream for him and showed me how to use it. Will absolutely be back for her!

Update: As of 9/13/24 I still have not heard anything from Great Clips regarding messing up my hair. I will never go to this place again! I will definitely not be referring anyone there ever! Edit-4/27/24 Still haven't received a phone call from the manager! Edit 4/2/24-Received a response to my review from GreatClips General manager 'Kashi' via email leaving her phone number asking me to contact them on 3/15/24. We recently took our son in for his very first haircut, and Avery was absolutely amazing. She took the time to comfort him and show him that everything was okay, making the whole experience stress-free and positive. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut experience!
