Very disappointed with my recent haircut. This was my third visit to the salon. The first two times were fine, but my experience yesterday (25 June around 5:30 PM) was really bad. At one point, the stylist wasn’t even using a comb, she just used scissors to randomly cut my hair for several minutes. As a result, the haircut was very uneven, with some parts longer than others. Honestly, I could’ve done a better job myself. When I told her it looked uneven, she said it would look fine after I washed it. It didn’t.
I booked an appointment for a hairstyle, but when I arrived, I was told the stylist had decided to leave early and that I should go to another location. When I asked why I wasn’t informed in advance, they said they usually don’t take bookings and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. This was incredibly frustrating, especially at 6:15 on a Friday night. My time was completely wasted, and the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
