Almost all the staff in here are absolutely awesome and attentive to detail and go above and beyond but you GOT TO get rid of the younger one with the blue hair. She has ruined my hair and is super unprofessional to the point I don’t want to go back because of her alone. Honest long term customer feedback here
As a parent, this was one of the most upsetting service experiences I have had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my 2-year-old son in for a haircut, and within seconds of the appointment starting, the hairstylist cut his ear. She began cutting directly around his ear, and on her very first cut, my son's ear was injured and started bleeding. I fully understand that toddlers can move during haircuts. Just had haircut, hairdresser was amazing, super friendly and warm, and brilliant with hair, fixed old layers in seconds and did a beautiful job
