My first visit last week. I heard about the convenience of booking an appointment with the app, which was great. But the hair cut was a disaster. I had to go to a different salon the next day to try and fix it. 45$ for nothing and had to pay the other salon as well. It definitely wasn't worth the online appointment convenience.
Dealt with the owner and the customer service was top notch. She went above and beyond and it’s very evident she cares
Stylist completely BUTCHERED my elderly mother's hair. The stylist confirmed she wanted just the back of her neck and around her ears clipped to a #3, with one finger length for the rest of her hair. The stylist SHAVED THE ENTIRE BACK OF HER HEAD. During the appointment the stylist even said that she was "not feeling herself today" and "maybe even shouldn't be cutting hair" as her hand was visibly shaking. *GREAT* place to get your hair cut....friendly....fast....reasonable prices....etc. will always go for a hair cut.....
