Firstly, they don’t seem to listen to what the client actually asks for. I’m using my fiancé’s haircut as an example because the photo he showed the stylist was completely different from the haircut he ended up receiving. My fiancé repeatedly tried to explain exactly what he wanted, but the stylist kept saying she understood before even letting him finish explaining. Went in the other day and showed the hairdresser what I wanted as a haircut and she just did not follow the inspo photo at all. Luckily the receptionist Kylee was VERY understanding and helped me get a refund for the botched haircut. So 5 stars for Kylee and the manager but I have to give a weary review for the stylists themselves.

I went in for a hair wash, and had a great service. Wait time was reasonable (~25 min for a walk in), service was quick yet thorough, and the stylist was kind, knowledgeable and professional.
