Terrible operation at this place, arrived 20 mins before opening due to a funeral and was first in line. Till 8am when they opened a line of 6 people had formed at the door and as soon as they opened the door the last two people checked in on the APP and the staff did not honour my first place in line, became 3rd and had to leave. Unfortunately there’s no common courtesy from anyone now a days.

I’m not returning to this place. I live in the country so getting a haircut is close to an hour drive. Every time I get here, there’s always a reason why I can’t get in. 1) First attempt, they closed early and I arrived to a locked door. Drive an hour back home. 2) Second attempt, the system is down and it’s cash only which I didn’t have.
