We had a great experience with Meenu! My daughter and I both got our haircuts, and she was very polite, accommodating, and professional. She was quick and efficient while making the experience pleasant and comfortable. We really appreciated her friendly attitude and excellent service. Highly recommend Meenu! 😊
I went to get my hair cut yesterday after I had been growing it out for a few years. The ends were dead and scraggly, but the hair stylist, Sara, did an excellent job on cutting and styling my hair to the picture I referenced! My hair now feels alive and bouncy and I really enjoy the style! It’s the perfect length and she always let me know what she was going to do with my hair before she did it. The entire vibe was friendly and welcoming. Thank you Sara!!
Online check in is a joke. I received a txt at 1.34pm asking me to head in. It’s now 1.52pm and I am still waiting. Walking out now. Pathetic.
Brenda did a great job with my girlfriend's hair. She was friendly, and polittlely gave professional advice on what might look good. In the end, my gf had a cut she was very happy with. A reasonable price, too.
I went in for a haircut and specifically asked them to keep my hair a bit longer. Unfortunately, the staff were busy talking to each other and did not seem focused on the haircut. As a result, the back centre of my head was completely trimmed down, which was not what I asked for. What made the experience even more disappointing was that, after the haircut, the hairdresser denied doing it and refused to acknowledge the mistake, despite the obvious result.
