Taylor did an excellent and thorough job cutting my hair! I couldn't be happier!
I showed 2 pictures of what I wanted for reference. She cut way too much off. Wanted sides and back short but wanted top left longer. Wanted a new look to improve my mood. Instead I'm more upset than before going in.
