Friendly and clean.
Choppy haircut went back & they did fix it but wasn't happy about it.
I have really curly hair. I asked for so.eone who works with curly hair. Was told they all specialize in curly hair. Since that's all they do, there are hair cuts. I asked for a dramatic invert for a cut. Told her when she started to cut the front it was going to be too short. She pretty much replied, "I know what I am doing." I wanted the hair in the front to be at the top of my chest. It is now chin level. It is not at an incline at all it is a straight bob..... I'm so sad.
