She messed up my haircut I wanted right above the shoulders and it ended up at the top of my neckline. I am not happy way to short.
On 2 appointments with 2 different stylists both cut my hair unevenly. I requested a simple #2 buzz cut. How anyone can screw that up I'll never know. People just don't care about quality anymore. I'll never return there again.
