The ladies at the Beechmont Center store are superstars! Ellen, Dianna, Simone, Kelly, Angelina, Nicole and Kayla are always pleasant, welcoming and provide a fun experience! Sandy is their regional leader and has built a consistent team of talented stylists....who understand customer service! Sad but true, it's hard to find businesses that still understand Customer Service!! Great job team! SC
Got a text to be here in 15 minutes. Literally drove across the street. Got here saying 10 minutes as I'm walking in the door the lady checks in the guy after me. When I addressed it, she just said sorry, he's in the store. The other stylist proceeded to discuss it with her customer as if me being put off and frustrated about it was a topic of gossip. Horrible customer service.
