I have been getting my haircuts at Great Clips for more than 15 years. I really appreciate the efficency of the sign in system and my ability to chose my hair dresser.

I usually visit a specific stylist here but she was not there so I decided to take a chance and go with one of the stylists who was working. I got a general trim to take a few inches off and I had to correct it at home since it was so uneven. There were entire chunks of hair that had been completely missed, with inches of hair clearly not having been cut to match the rest of the length. I've been to this location twice. The first time I got a very good cut from a very nice guy, and so was looking forward to going back. The second time the stylist was rude and insulting, and I had to ask her to fix the cut because it looked so bad when she'd finished. She told me "that's just the way your hair is." I will never go back to this location.
