They changed stuff online if you have to wait more then 30mins it deletes your position and you have to wait even longer. online checking is basically worthless
I've been going to this place for 20 years. Getting the same haircut for 20 years. I have never walked out like today which is 95% bald because the stylist couldn't read their clip notes. A #1 blend with 1.5 inches on top turned into #1 buzz across the top of my head. At that point the damage was done. I voiced my displeasure in a non asshat way but did tell them I wasnt paying. Left mad and thinking I should've waited for the stylist who knew what they were doing because the one I had certainly didn't.
