I went into the Great Clips location in Altoona, Iowa and was VERY IMPRESSED with the service and detail I was provided. Sierra asked questions and made completely sure that I received the exact haircut that I was asking for. She had never given me a haircut and when she finished it was exactly what I wanted. If you go in, ask for Sierra and you will not be disappointed.

I had my hair cut at Great Clips in Washington Illinois on freedom parkway. The employees began fighting with customers, and then The guy cutting my hair came back to the station and just began shaving my head. I paid and left as to not in-site another conflict. I got in my car and began looking for a place to fix my hair. Sport clips in East Peoria on River road came up. I immediately drove there. Upon walking in Courtney greeted me. Julie is incredible. I’ve seen her multiple times now, and every single time I walk out loving my hair. After a nightmare experience at another salon left my hair a mess, Julie completely turned it around. She’s not just skilled — she’s a miracle worker. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. Huge thanks to Great Clips for having someone as talented and experienced as Julie!

Hair stylist worker smelled deeply of cigarettes almost made me gag. Sh was in in back room smoking. Worst hair cut ever. Over priced, Spent less than 3 minutes in the chair. this place is an insult to Great Clips.

Is there anyone there that really knows how to cut hair?? The first time I went there my hair was down to my knees. She was suppose to only cut it to my waist. Next thing ya know it's up past the middle of my back. Then I was dumb enough to give them 1 more try. Well my hair is so ridiculously uneven. I'm so upset. I can't believe your still in business.

I went 2 times neither gal can cut hair . 1st one hair uneven every where. 2nd one I asked for trim on bangs BUT not above eye brows. My bangs are closer to top of forehead then eyebrows. If could give the ZERO I would. They are better off with a different career.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Today, 11/30/24, I called to make an appointment and was informed that they do not make appointments,  I must check in online.   This was at Great Clips in Washington, IL.   When I walked in the door, my phone said 4 minute wait and I was second in line on their computer screen.   20 minutes later, 5 people were called ahead of me.  The names on the screen below my name were removed from their list.   Not one hair tech/stylist looked my way or even explained why I kept getting put to the b... read more

Taylor at Great Clips Fort Saskatchewan did a great job and was very friendly!
