Never go here- they don’t care how your hair ends up. Hair is about 10” or more from where I was told it would be and you can tell that it is far from even. Some of my hair in the middle is above my hairline other is way longer. This location did get before this. Stylist was unprofessional- insulting me when I was in her chair. Pictures don’t even show how bad it is. This is definitely not the great clips way!
Who could mess up a request to cut 3 in straight across off the end of my daughter's with NO layers!!! One of the stylists here, that's who!!!! 5 in later and a lot of layers in the front have my daughter distraught over starting at her new school!!! The stylist was a little hard to understand, but I showed her exactly how much and repeated many times just simple, straight across. The lady who answered the phone and checked me in when I arrived was difficult to understand, but Anne, who did the actual haircut, spoke perfect English, was pleasant to talk to, and did a very nice job. Very glad I decided to ignore the terrible reviews I read on Google!
