Took my dad in for a hair cut, waited 40 minutes. Then he was on deck and bumped him twice. I inquired and got somebody came in and didn't want a haircut so we bumped everyone up. Really, if somebody cancels and you go in order....you shouldn't take people further down the list and put my dad on a posty note to be fit in!!!And NOT say a word!!! unprofessional, poor customer service!
RecommendedThe MVP is a great deal. Cut, wash and back massage and conversation. The hair wash also comes with a warm towel and a scalp massage. Wendy is really good.
SHOUT OUT to Kaitlyn at Sport Clips in Hewitt!!! My son has been having some back to school anxiety and she was so caring and sweet with him. She treated him to a shampoo and massage!!! I have gotten my hair cut there for years, by multiple stylists and I've always had a great experience. I could care less about the sports, the MVP and good conversation is the best part. I consider it a treat every time I go in and hear "Welcome In"
Not sure of what her name is but was not satisfied with the haircut and the stylist was more into talking to her coworkers rather than focusing on what she was cutting plain and simple will not be returning to get a haircut here again...
My boys love their haircuts every time! They are the best.
Love this place!!!! All the ladies keep it clean and give a great service. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.
