Absolutely disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Crystal Lake 2 years ago every month- I always buy a season ticket MVP. I’ve brought my daughter with me to share the experience with her and we’ve always enjoyed the time. She only gets a trim and a wash- but today sports clips felt it ok to not only charge me for an mvp but also an additional $10. It’s not like they did some fancy hair do- she was done before my haircut. And to top it off, they wouldn’t honor the $10 in “loyalty” coupons they send ... read more

Stylist did a fine job, but the check in system ended up not working for me, leaving me passed over and waiting. No recognition from staff. If your name isn’t on the screen then I guess you don’t exist. I don’t work here, I’m not going to be responsible for making sure I’m checked in and out. That’ll be my last visit.

Great store and great stylist, friendly, clean and awesome haircuts!!
Just had Pear do my hair and beard. She did a great job and will definitely ask for this sweet, beautiful and skilled girl again. Been coming here for a long time and felt she really took her time and made sure everything looked great before she was satisfied with her work.
