Took my son for the first and last time there, waited for 21 mins and I was ON DESK (their terms I am next) then a customer walks in forgot to sign up his son too but since he was a regular they took him and I got bumped to another 20minutes. The team acted as if there was nothing wrong w what happened, confronted the unprofessional manager she tried to play it off then her words “U CAN DO WHATEVER U WANT” so I left. Rude unprofessional Manager and staff
I've been going to this Sport Clips location for over 2 years now. I've shopped around and tried a few other places on occasion, but I'll always come back here. Jodi is an incredible stylist; she always pays extremely close attention to detail and is great to talk to. I got a terrible haircut and beard trim at a Mason barber shop this week and Jodi fixed it so I'll be looking nice for an interview next week. I've also had great haircuts done by Kate. Can't recommend this place strongly enough.
I’ve always cut my own hair, but after giving Jodi a try and I’ll never have to do that again. I’ve given a few other stylists a try when Jodi has been off and they all do a great job. I highly recommend!
What's great is how they say "always hiring great new stylist" outside the door, but never really hiring those people. I go in and get asked if I'm getting what they have on file for 2 years ago, even though I've been going there every summer since and haven't gotten that hair cut since they updated it in 2015, but I ask for a 1 fade on the sides and about and inch off the top with scissors, the same thing I always get. My sons hair cut is always good but we have to plan to be gone for an hour and half to get it cut. It is always understaffed and we never get out in less than an hour. My only complaint is the wait time.
