I had to tell the stylist 4-5 times what I wanted, but she either didn't understand or didn't want to do as I asked. When I left I was so frustrated, she kept my change, taking a 50% tip! I have to go to another place now to pay again to get my hair fixed! NEVER GOING BACK TO GREAT CLIPS!
