I always check in online and am greeted as soon as I walk through the door. I choose to have Veronica cut my hair, although everyone does a great job. Veronica is very personable, funny and interacts with me throughout the cutting process. Even though I do not have a lot of hair, she takes the time to make sure I am happy before I leave the chair. The shop is always clean and stocked with products which looks professional. 5 STAR SERVICE!!!

I've been to a few other Great Clips locations in the area, but since moving and visiting the Kalamazoo Ave. location, you can't go wrong with any of the stylists. They've all done such a great job every time I go in.

I have never gone anywhere else since visiting this location. Staff truly understands my vision when it comes to my hair as I am truly picky. My Great Clips visits continue to serve as one of the highlights of my month.
