I was at this horrifying place for a week only a week mind you. I was traumatized by everything going on. I would never recommend this place to anyone, I had ran away from this place because there was so much verbal and mental abuse going on. I was assaulted by staff Que Que and Sierra. Kathryn Haddock was a wonderful trainer!
My child experienced a traumatic incident that lead to a mental health breakdown that lasted nearly a year in a half. Bringing her to KVC was the worst thing for her when it should have helped. The staff, in particular Shanna, escalated situations with my daughter instead of deescalating and being helpful. The staff’s behavior was more like high school girls than professional health care workers.
