This is our third Purchase from Great Canadian and have not always had good experience with the Manufacturer but Al as a dealer would do it right and get things corrected. So when we wanted to purchase a new trailer it was a no brainer we went to where they treat you right. We had an excellent experience picking up our brand new trailer at Great Canadian RV. Al and Stacey at The Great Canadian RV are wonderful. We used a trailer of theirs for a big camping trip up north to Missinaibi Provincial Park. Their entire team took great care of us when we picked up of the trailer, making sure we had everything we needed for the long haul. The trailer was exactly what our team needed to make the trip enjoyable and worry free. I can't recommend Great Canadian RV enough.
Update: we have now had our East to West for 5 years! We still love it. The service department is great and recently went above and beyond to help us with an issue. -------- Bought a trailer 2 years ago, Brad was very helpful as our salesman. Last year I wanted some tweaking to the weight distribution hitch, which was done for free. Service staff are great.
