The guy on the phone, after we'd been sending too many slow emails, have me good, quick advice. I wanted a metal roof that would look nice for my neighbors and also last a long time. I got the slightly more expensive kind with no exposed rivets that could rust over time. For the screws that hold it onto my house, they are painted and also have built in waterproof grommets to help the whole roof last for probably decades.
