Solid group of guys. They were thorough with their checkpoints and courteous to confirm underneath that something was wrong with my exhaust system all while getting my oil changed.
I had the worst customer service experience at this Great Canadian Oil Change Nelson road location. Zack, the mechanic who assisted me, removed all the items from my dash box to check the cabin filter and left everything scattered on the seat without putting them back. He barely communicated. When I asked for a receipt, he said they were paperless and took my email address, but I never received the receipt. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. Went over everything my vehicle needed and what they recommended. Great and fast service for a super affordable price!
I went to get an oil change for my vehicle and had a very bad experience. They left oil all over the car, showing no care while doing the service. Additionally, while changing the air filter, they hurt my two-year-old daughter’s foot, even though it was clear she was sitting in her car seat in the back. The customer service and attention to detail were very poor. They really need to improve both their service quality and responsibility.
