Kris went above and beyond today to help me with my suv, I definitely will go back and will recommend anyone to go there.
Such a helpful group in there, they were very quick but also took the time to explain things and give me some tips about my vehicle which is always a bonus! Would definitely recommend over some of the other chain places with less time for customer service. Manager is so nice and the guys in there helped me find my engine plug which was buried in the bay. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not this is the place to go!!!
I had Austin 10/10 service. Helped me with everything I needed and was very nice. He definitely made the oil change pleasant, will be coming back!

I got the oil changed at this University Heights location about a month and a half ago. The attendant went to lift the hood, didn't know how, and ended up snapping the deflector on my hood. Now I know that the deflector isn’t a big deal, but how they dealt with it isn’t right. Another employee came over and said they would write our information down, order us a new part, and call us when it was ready.
