Had a great experience here. Didn’t get the guy’s name but I think he may have been the manager, anyway, him and his team were efficient, professional and friendly. I usually dread going to these quick oil change places but because of the experience, I will be going here from now on :) Thanks guys!
No star if allowed. Went for the 1st time to inquire about battery replacement, staff told us to call their manager. We then called him, not friendly at all. We drove back to store next day, staff told he was in meeting. Staff then told he will order the battery in and be in next day and call us for battery change. We waited for one week, never a call back. Gave up and went to another shop. Poor quality of service I ever encountered. I suspect they don't have the skill that's why they delaying things.
