I think only philip and his partner are professional here, philip did my 1st oil change and has been very great. However my 2nd oil change has come however this time the control arm bolt was loosened for no aparent reason this was done by a different group. I will make sure next time my car is done by philip's group. I warn you about this GCOC branch.
