I brought my jaguar xf-r sport for a service which is typically difficult to get done at any place other than jaguar. The team was super helpful and knowledgeable. I got an oil change and engine air filter replacement. Will be returning for coolant and trans flush at next appointment. Thank you guys

Turns out you guys over-torqued my oil pan bolt last time and then you pulled it out this recent time and could not get the very-stripped thing back in so shoved a giant hex bolt and wide washer in to hold until I could get to a mechanic. Not sure why I had to pay for the oil change when both events were your fault? But instead you blamed your guys’ user error on the make of my car.
