Super great service & experience! I went in for an oil change and had a couple other things done and was in and out in 20 minutes. Chris was very friendly and helpful along with the few other staff members that were there. I will definitely be returning!
This WAS my go to place for a tire change until today. Waited 35 minutes only for a van to pull up and for them to pull in immediately and make me wait meanwhile they give me random stares. Unreliable people working here. Would not recommend. Absolutely useless on a beautiful Sunday afternoon
I stopped in today to have my windshield washer fluid topped up. Absolutely no charge and the guys also checked the air pressure in my tires. Troy the manager went outbif his way to greet me and welcome. Great service
Pulled in parking lot my ram seemed like it needed some transmission fluid,I go inside ask the gentleman there if they had transmission fluid he said yes grabbed a little and gave it to me. FREE, wow! Thanks so much!
They use cheap, inexperienced labour to perform work they don't understand on your car. They caused my car $600 worth of damage then read off a laundry list of reasons why they are not to be held accountable for the damage they caused. Don't waste your time responding to head office. Avoid all GCOC locations.
