The technician explained everything that was checked and let me know if anything extra needed to be done but didn’t make if feel like it was an up sale
Nothing but amazing things to say about how my vehicle and I were treated here! Super thorough checks. Communication the whole time about what was happening, how and why. I was lucky enough to have John as my service advisor/tech and like many others, I also feel he is a major asset to this company. I will say also that when I went back to get my wheels retorqued and my transmission fluid rechecked, there were 2 others who helped me me with just as much care.
